By booking your Cinematic Portfolio session, you formally agree to the following terms designed to maintain the highest production standards: The Commitment Mandate: At Cinematic Lightworks, we believe that "Dreams Require Desire." Once your slot is booked, we immediately allocate elite technical crews and partner studio resources. Therefore, all payments are 100% Non-Refundable. No Cancellations: Slots are locked upon successful payment. We do not offer cancellations for change of mind or personal preparation issues. Group Shoot Condition: For specialized budget portfolios, a minimum of 10 participants is required to activate a production date. If the quota is not met, the shoot will be rescheduled to the next available window. No refunds will be issued due to waiting periods. Rescheduling Fee: A one-time rescheduling is permitted only if requested 48 hours in advance and is subject to a 30% Rescheduling Fee to cover the cost of unutilized crew hours and studio blocking. 100% Cashless Mandate: To ensure absolute transparency, we do not accept cash. Any payment made outside our official website gateway is unauthorized and will not be recognized. Professional Standards: We provide world-class cinematic infrastructure and OTT-grade portfolios. Please note that we provide the Direction and Framework, but we do not guarantee roles, auditions, or industry "breaks."
