By accessing our platform and engaging in our services, you formally agree to the following terms. Cinematic Lightworks is a registered Partnership Firm headquartered in Mayapur, West Bengal.

1. The Production Model: Aggregator Ecosystem 🌉

We operate as a Digital-First Cinema Production House and Cinematic Aggregator. To maintain global quality standards (OTT Grade), we coordinate with elite independent contractors, technical crews, and partner studios in Kolkata and Mumbai. We provide the infrastructure; you provide the vision.

2. The Cinematic Commitment (Refunds & Scheduling) 🕯️

Our philosophy is simple: "Dreams Require Desire." Professional cinema production requires immense resources and pre-scheduled logistics. Therefore:

Non-Refundable: All booking fees and project installments are strictly non-refundable.
Rescheduling: Rescheduling is generally not permitted. However, in exceptional cases and at the firm's sole discretion, a one-time rescheduling may be considered, subject to a rescheduling fee and availability of technical crews.

3. Intellectual Property (IP) Rights 🎥

Ownership: All raw and processed content (photos, videos, scripts, and edits) captured or created during any session remains the sole intellectual property of Cinematic Lightworks.
Usage License: We grant clients a perpetual, non-exclusive license for personal portfolio use and self-promotion.
Brand Promotion: The firm reserves the absolute right to use any content for brand promotion, marketing, and showcase across all global digital platforms.

4. Digital-First Mandate (Cashless Policy) 🚫💵

Cinematic Lightworks is a 100% Cashless Organization. To ensure absolute transparency and a digital audit trail:

All payments must be processed exclusively through our official website gateway (Cashfree Secure ID).
Any transaction made outside this official channel is unauthorized and will not be honored or recognized by the firm. This policy protects both the client and the firm from financial fraud.

5. Financial Milestones for Production 💳

For large-scale production ventures (Big Ticket), payments are structured in milestones. The firm will only proceed to the next stage of production once the previous milestone payment is realized and settled through the secure digital portal.

6. Legal Jurisdiction 🏛️

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes, claims, or proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nadia, West Bengal.
