At Cinematic Lightworks, we believe that "Dreams Require Desire." In the world of cinema, production is a high-stakes logistics game. The moment you lock a slot, we initiate a chain of high-end investments—booking elite technical crews, securing partner studios in Kolkata/Mumbai, and allocating specialized equipment.
1. The Commitment Mandate (No Refunds) 🛡️
Due to the nature of our Asset-Light Production Model, all booking fees and project installments are 100% Non-Refundable and Non-Cancellable.

Once a payment is processed via our secure gateway, it is immediately allocated to the pre-production resources of your specific project.

We do not offer refunds for "change of mind," personal schedule conflicts, or lack of preparation.
2. Group Shoot Dynamics (The Collective Pipeline) 🎥
For Group Portfolios (Specialized Budget Shoots), we operate on a collective model to ensure you get global-grade quality at an optimized cost.

The Quota: A minimum of 10 confirmed participants is required to activate a shoot date.

Postponements: If the quota is not met, the shoot date will be rescheduled. While we understand the anticipation, no refunds will be issued due to waiting periods or scheduling shifts. Your slot remains secured for the next available production window.
3. Rescheduling & Slot Transferability 🌉
We value professional challenges. If you are absolutely unable to attend:

Transfer: You may transfer your confirmed slot to another aspiring artist. This request must be made via email (info@cinematiclightworks.com) at least 48 hours before the scheduled shoot.

Rescheduling: At the firm’s sole discretion, a one-time rescheduling may be permitted, subject to a Rescheduling Fee (30% of the booking value) to cover the costs of unutilized crew hours.
4. Technical Failures & Failed Transactions 💳
If a transaction fails at the Cashfree Gateway level but the amount is debited from your account:

This is a technical banking issue. The refund will be automatically handled by the bank as per their standard timeline (usually 5-7 business days).

Cinematic Lightworks only recognizes payments that are successfully "Realized" and "Captured" in our digital ledger.
5. Force Majeure 🕯️
In the rare event that Cinematic Lightworks must cancel a shoot due to unforeseen technical failures or legal restrictions, we will not issue a refund but will provide Cinematic Credits of the equivalent value, valid for 12 months for any of our future services.
