This agreement outlines the professional and ethical framework for collaborating with Cinematic Lightworks as an Associate. By joining our ecosystem, you commit to our vision: "Dreams Require Desire."

1. The 11% Cinematic Dividend (Remuneration) 💎

We have moved beyond the traditional corporate 10% to a Master Number—11%. This reflects our commitment to shared prosperity and spiritual growth. Your dividend is calculated based on the project scale:

Portfolio & Individual Services: You are eligible for a direct 11% share of the Total Booking Value facilitated through your referral.
- Example: A ₹50,001 Elite Portfolio booking results in a ₹5,500 dividend.
Production Ventures & Large-Scale Projects: For films, web series, or investments (Big Ticket), your 11% dividend is derived from the Firm’s Net Service Revenue (Net Agency Profit).
- The Logic: This ensures the Investor’s Capital and Production Budget remain untouched, maintaining the highest quality standards while rewarding your facilitation.

2. KYC Mandate & Secure ID 🛡️

Security is our priority. Every Associate must complete a mandatory identity verification via our Secure ID (KYC) portal.

Requirements: A valid Government ID (Aadhar/PAN/Voter ID) must be uploaded during registration.
Status: Commissions and dividends will only be released to Verified Accounts. This ensures 100% legal compliance and transparency.

3. The Digital-First Mandate (No Cash Policy) 🚫💵

Cinematic Lightworks is a 100% Cashless Organization. * Associates are strictly forbidden from collecting, handling, or promising cash transactions.

All client payments must be made exclusively through our official website via the Cashfree Secure Gateway.
Zero Tolerance: Any violation of this policy will lead to immediate termination of the partnership and potential legal action. Transparency is the only currency we value.

4. Professional Conduct & Brand Integrity 🕯️

As an Associate, you are the face of our brand.

No False Promises: You are strictly prohibited from guaranteeing roles, auditions, or "breaks" in any project. We sell Infrastructure and Quality, not shortcuts.
Ethical Marketing: Represent the brand with the dignity it deserves—from the serenity of Mayapur to the spotlights of Mumbai.

5. Payouts & Settlements 💳

We value your hustle. Our settlement process is designed to be as cinematic as our shoots:

Calculation: Dividends are calculated upon the successful realization of the project milestone or booking.
Timeline: All payouts are processed via digital transfer within 7 working days of the realization.
Transparency: You will receive a digital record of every transaction you facilitate, ensuring absolute clarity.
